After a year of jam sessions in railway arch in South London Ambient / Electronic collective DIME emerged. Comprised of Max O’Donnell (The Streets, Sister Sledge) on guitar, Peter Adam Hill (Alfa Mist, Ashley Henry) on drums, Sam Warner (Hak
Baker, Kamaal Williams) on trumpet and Rudi Creswick (Tom Misch, Loyle Carner) on Bass, DIME features some of the UK’s most in demand session musicians. Favouring melodic themes rather than traditional song structures DIME utilise
collective improvisation to move seamlessly between genre, tempo and textures creating captivating sound worlds unique to each performance. Fans of 00’s dance music, 70’s psychedelic jazz and immersive free improvisation will all find something to connect with in the music of DIME.
