09:00 - 09.30 - Rise and Shine Family Qi gong. Learn how to move energy around your body and BEYOND with story
09.45 - 10:15 - Family yoga. Fun, silly and relaxing for parents and children.
10.00 - Parachute Play. All the best parachute games including Cat and Mouse, Sharks, Around the World and Popcorn.
10:20 - 11:00 - Dynamic Family yoga. Now that you are warmed up, lets shine together!
11:00 - 11:45 - Hula-hoop / circus skills and Parachute Play. All ages welcome
11:00 - 13:00 - Wool weaving and medicine wands. Simple designs for younger children to more complex for older children
12:00 - 13:00 - Open Mic and disco. Sing your favourite song, tell your favourite story, dress up from our dressing up box!
12:00 - 14:00 - Forest Foraged Craft. Join us for a green woodworking session using hand tools to make your own wonderful wood and hemp creations.
13:00 - 15:00 - Outdoor trapeze. For 4 yrs plus have a go on our outdoor trapeze rig
13:00 - 14.30 - Easy Origami sculpture. For all ages, each making some origami creatures to make one big giant communal origami sculpture.
14:00 - 16:00 - Crazy Animal Mask Making. Amazing colourful animal masks to wear around the festival
14:00 - 15:00 - Honey Bee Role play drama. Come and join in the buzz: learn about bees and become bee in our amazing Honey Bee Role Play drama.
15:00 - 16:00 - Family Badminton and games. All ages welcome
16:00 - 16.45 - Hulahoop / circus skills workshop. Hilarious half hour of cheesy uplifting family tunes
16.30 - 17.30 - Story Telling. Interactive imaginative storytelling based on WAKING UP the adults in your life.
18.00 - 18.30 - Closing Disco. Hilarious half hour of cheesy uplifting family tunes to move you into the evening frolicking
