We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and, as with other largescale events across the UK, we will be working in partnership with authorities to ensure we are able to implement any relevant policy.
Should we be required to cancel the event, we would circulate information to all tickets holders on how to obtain a refund.
If you have any ticket issues, including changing or upgrading your ticket type, wrong email address or change of postal address and payment plan problems, please contact Ticketline Customer Services directly at [email protected].
If you didn’t purchase your tickets via our website from Ticketline, please contact your ticket provider directly.
We do not allow Day ticket swaps, i.e. from Saturday to Sunday, or vice versa.
The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it, however, re-sale of tickets is strictly forbidden and could result in your tickets being cancelled.
Tickets are distributed by standard post approximately one month before the festival takes place. If you haven’t received your tickets within two weeks of the event, please contact Ticketline Customer Services directly at [email protected]
Our official online ticket outlets are Ticketline, Festicket, See Tickets, Ticketweb and AXS.
If you want to buy your tickets in person without paying a booking fee, please visit one of our official local ticket providers, listed below: The Ram Inn (Firle), Resident Records (Brighton), Lewes Tourist Information Centre, Seaford Tourist Information Centre and The Crown (Hastings).
Please do not buy from an unofficial ticket agent. Tickets bought from unofficial agents are not valid and admission may not be granted to the festival. If you are in doubt as to whether a ticket agent is official, please contact us in advance of the ticket purchase and we will be happy to assist.

Standard vs Premium vs Supremium
Standard tickets give you general access to the festival.
Supremium tickets are our premium offering which include exclusive access to Supremium, an area within the festival arena with a bar, undercover area, seating, premium facilities and toilets and, if you have Supremium Camping ticket, access to the beautifully located Premium Campsite and complimentary use of trolleys to and from your car. To find out more, please click here.
Premium Camping tickets give access to the beautifully located Premium Campsite which includes premium toilets, showers and complimentary trolleys. This ticket type doesn't include access to Supremium.
Please note, children (age 0-5) can be brought into the Premium Campsite and Supremium but must be accompanied by an adult with a Premium/Supremium ticket at all times.
We do not offer Weekend No Camping or Day Supremium Family Tickets.
Glamping & Pre-Pitched Tents
If you want to stay in Glamping accommodation, you need to either purchase a Premium Camping or a Supremium Camping ticket for each person staying. You will then need to purchase your Glamping accommodation separately from our Glamping provider. More details will be posted here in due course.
We also offer Pre-Pitched Tent options in the General Campsite for those that don’t want the hassle of putting up their own tent but don’t want to glamp. Please purchase a Standard Camping Ticket from our ticket page and then you will be able to purchase your Pre-Pitched Tent from our provider in due course.
A Live-In Vehicle User Ticket needs to be purchased for each person staying in a Live-In Vehicle and each vehicle requires the correct size Live-In Vehicle Pitch.
We offer two ticket types for people staying in Live-In Vehicles:
We offer three pitch sizes:
If you would like your pitch to have an electrical hook-up, please purchase a Live-In Vehicle Pitch with Power ticket from our ticket page.
Family Tickets are our value ticket for 2 Adults (Age 16+) and up to 3 Juniors (Age 6-15). These will be issued as separate tickets, meaning the whole group does not have to arrive at the same time.
The payment plan option is available on all camping and weekend tickets and will be split into equal monthly instalments. You will pay the first instalment (plus 100% of all fees and a £3 admin fee) at the time of booking, followed by the remaining monthly instalments. Payment Plan tickets can be found on the ticket page.
Group tickets offer six Standard Adult tickets for the price of five. These must all be purchased at the same time and will be issued as six separate tickets.

Camping ticket holders will be allowed to re-enter the campsite at any time by showing their wristband
