Come solo for a moment of stillness or gather with friends for a shared experience of relaxation. However you choose to unwind, step out feeling renewed and ready to soak up every unforgettable moment of Love Supreme!

HOT TUB SESSIONS

1 Hour

Enjoy a blissful hour of peace in a wood-fired hot tub, with access to our changing rooms, showers and pamper area – complete with mirrors, hairdryers, and straighteners.

SAUNA & COLD PLUNGE SESSIONS

1 Hour

Step into a contrast therapy experience that includes use of our wood-fired sauna, cold plunge tanks, and refreshing waterfall drench bucket. You’ll also enjoy access to the showers, changing rooms and pamper area.

Please note:

  • Over 18’s only. 
  • All Spa sessions are inclusive of time spent in the changing and pamper area. Please arrive 10 minutes early. 
  • Please bring your own Towels, Swimwear, Flip flops, Water bottle & your booking confirmation. 
  • No outside alcohol/food is permitted in the Spa or Sauna. You can make use of our exclusive Spa bar and have prosecco served to your Hot Tub.
  • Please do not drink alcohol before using the Sauna.
  • We reserve the right to refuse your entry if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol, any illegal substance or deemed a risk to health and safety.

You must not use the Spa if you: suffer from high or low blood pressure, heart or circulatory disorders, epilepsy, or diabetes; are pregnant; or are prone to dizziness or fainting. Also avoid use if you have a serious illness, respiratory condition, heart disease, a history of heart problems or stroke, or take related medication; if you suffer from migraines; you are allergic to or have a sensitivity to essential oils; cannot perspire due to illness; have had diarrhoea, sickness, or an upset stomach in the past 14 days; or have a contagious disease, infection, open sores, cuts, or wounds. No under 18’s are permitted in the Spa area.
