STANDARD vs PREMIUM vs SUPREMIUM

General tickets give you standard access to the festival.

Supremium tickets are our premium offering which includes exclusive access to Supremium, an area within the festival arena with a bar, undercover area, seating, premium facilities and toilets and, if you have Supremium Camping ticket, access to the beautifully located Premium Campsite. Premium Camping tickets give access to the beautifully located Premium Campsite which includes premium toilets & showers. This ticket type doesn’t include access to Supremium.

Please note, children (age 0-5) can be brought into the Premium Campsite and Supremium but must be accompanied by an adult with a Premium/Supremium ticket at all times.

We do not offer Weekend No Camping or Day Supremium Family Tickets.

GLAMPING & PRE-PITCHED TENTS

If you want to stay in Glamping accommodation, you need to either purchase a Premium Camping or a Supremium Camping ticket for each person staying. You will then need to purchase your Glamping accommodation separately from our Glamping provider. More details will be posted here in due course.

We also offer Pre-Pitched Tent options in the General Campsite for those that don’t want the hassle of putting up their own tent but don’t want to glamp. Please purchase a Standard Camping Ticket from our ticket page and then you will be able to purchase your Pre-Pitched Tent from our provider in due course.

LIVE-IN VEHICLES

A Live-In Vehicle User Ticket needs to be purchased for each person staying in a Live-In Vehicle and each vehicle requires the correct size Live-In Vehicle Pitch.

We offer two ticket types for people staying in Live-In Vehicles:

Standard Live-In Vehicle User tickets give general access to the festival and Live-In Vehicle Fields from Friday to Monday.
Supremium Live-In Vehicle User ticket holders get all the benefits of standard tickets but also have exclusive access to Supremium, an area within the festival arena with premium facilities and toilets. However, please note that live-in vehicles are not permitted in the Premium Campsite and there isn’t a Supremium area in the Live-In Vehicle Fields.

We offer three pitch sizes, each with the option to include a power hook-up in your pitch:

If you want to buy your tickets in person without paying a booking fee, please visit one of our official local ticket providers, listed below: The Ram Inn (Firle), Resident Records (Brighton), Lewes Tourist Information Centre and Seaford Tourist Information Centre .

Please do not buy from an unofficial ticket agent. Tickets bought from unofficial agents are not valid and admission may not be granted to the festival. If you are in doubt as to whether a ticket agent is official, please contact us in advance of the ticket purchase and we will be happy to assist.

Re-Entry

Camping ticket holders will be allowed to re-enter the campsite at any time by showing their wristband.

There is no re-entry for Day ticket and Weekend No Camping ticket holders. Please note, if a Weekend No Camping ticket holder leaves the site on Saturday, they will not be re-admitted until the arena re-opens on Sunday.

However, after 5pm we do not allow chairs or ground blankets in the Main Stage Arena.

So, if you have a chair/blanket and want to take it back to your car, one of your party will be allowed leave and re-enter. Please note that group re-entry won’t be permitted.

We also understand that certain extreme circumstances can arise where leaving the site is essential. In this case, security will use their discretion and permission won’t be unreasonably withheld.

Age Restrictions

Under 16s (15 years and under) must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. A maximum of one under 16 can be accompanied by an adult aged 18-20, and four under 16s can be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.

Proof of age may be required on entry and all bars operate a strict Challenge 25 Policy.

Recognised and accepted forms of ID are as follows:

– Driving or provisional (photo) licence
– Passport
– Proof of age card with a PASS (hologram) logo

At the festival entrance we will accept clear colour photocopies of passports and driving licences. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission if there is any doubt that the ticket holder is under the entry age requirement.

Box Office

The box office is situated by the North Entrance to the Arena and will be open for ticket sales (subject to availability), collections and to deal with ticketing issues at the following times:

Friday: 10am – 10pm

Saturday: 10am – 10pm

Sunday: 10am – 10pm

If you have pre-purchased your tickets please follow festival signage relating to your ticket type and there will be ticket checks at other entrances

When will tickets go on sale and when will the line-up be announced?

All announcements about tickets and artists will be made on our website, app and social media so please keeping checking back for the latest information. You can also sign up to our mailing list on our website homepage.

Will tickets be available on the day? Will they sell out in advance?

In the past, tickets have completely sold out before the festival takes place. Therefore, we would recommend buying your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee they will be available on the day.

What do I do if I bought a ticket from an unofficial ticket agent or on resale?

You can see a full list of our official ticket agents on the ticket info page. If you bought from a ticket re-sale website (e.g. Viagogo), we cannot guarantee that you will be able to enter the event.

Ticket re-sale websites allow people who have bought tickets through our official ticket outlets to resell their tickets, often at a higher price, for their own financial gain. This is a form of ticket touting and these websites are notorious for overcharging customers, adding large booking fees and providing poor customer service. The person who has listed the tickets has breached the terms and conditions of the tickets and we cannot guarantee that the tickets you receive will be legitimate.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over what events these companies allow to be listed on their websites and the tickets they sell. You will have to contact the company directly to try to resolve any issues you have. In future, please avoid using websites like Viagogo and buy your tickets through our official website. If you are in doubt as to whether a ticket agent is official, please contact us in advance of the ticket purchase and we will be happy to assist.

Do camping tickets include access to the festival itself?

Camping tickets include access to the whole festival, including all the acts performing.

How are the booking/transaction fees calculated and why are they charged?

A booking fee is applied to each ticket by our ticket agents in order to cover a variety of operational costs to efficiently and safely ticket the event. This includes contributing to software development to fight against online fraud, setting up the ticket types on their websites, dealing with customer service queries and staffing the box office at the event. Without this charge, many of the essential infrastructure requirements that make the event run smoothly would not be possible. These booking fees are an industry standard and we have capped fees applied to our tickets at 10%. We are aware of other events that charge in excess of this amount and have been proactive to manage this. Ticket delivery costs are also added to each transaction to cover the cost of fulfilling tickets to customers. These can vary depending on the option the customer chooses but we try to keep them as low as possible.

Do Premium and Supremium tickets include car park or bus tickets?

No, Premium and Supremium tickets do not include car park passes or bus tickets. Please click here to purchase these separately.
