Do camping tickets include access to the festival itself?

Camping tickets include access to the whole festival, including all the acts performing.

Do Premium and Supremium tickets include car park or bus tickets?

No, Premium and Supremium tickets do not include car park passes or bus tickets. Please click here to purchase these separately.

How are the booking/transaction fees calculated and why are they charged?

A booking fee is applied to each ticket by our ticket agents in order to cover a variety of operational costs to efficiently and safely ticket the event. This includes contributing to software development to fight against online fraud, setting up the ticket types on their websites, dealing with customer service queries and staffing the box office at the event. Without this charge, many of the essential infrastructure requirements that make the event run smoothly would not be possible. These booking fees are an industry standard and we have capped fees applied to our tickets at 10%. We are aware of other events that charge in excess of this amount and have been proactive to manage this. Ticket delivery costs are also added to each transaction to cover the cost of fulfilling tickets to customers. These can vary depending on the option the customer chooses but we try to keep them as low as possible.

Official Ticket Agents

Our official online ticket outlets are SEE Tickets, Ticketline, Ticketweb and AXS.

If you want to buy your tickets in person without paying a booking fee, please visit one of our official local ticket providers, listed below: The Ram Inn (Firle), Resident Records (Brighton), Lewes Tourist Information Centre and Seaford Tourist Information Centre .

Please do not buy from an unofficial ticket agent. Tickets bought from unofficial agents are not valid and admission may not be granted to the festival. If you are in doubt as to whether a ticket agent is official, please contact us in advance of the ticket purchase and we will be happy to assist.

Re-Entry

Camping ticket holders will be allowed to re-enter the campsite at any time by showing their wristband

There is no re-entry for Day ticket and Weekend No Camping ticket holders. Please note, if a Weekend No Camping ticket holder leaves the site on Saturday, they will not be re-admitted until the arena re-opens on Sunday.

However, after 5pm we do not allow chairs or ground blankets in the Main Stage Arena. So, if you have a chair/blanket and want to take it back to your car, one of your party will be allowed leave and re-enter. Please note that group re-entry won’t be permitted.

We also understand that certain extreme circumstances can arise where leaving the site is essential. In this case, security will use their discretion and permission won’t be unreasonably withheld.

If your situation has changed and you have tickets that you will no longer use, we recommend that you visit Tixel, our official ticket resale partner.

What do I do if I bought a ticket from an unofficial ticket agent or on resale?

You can see a full list of our official ticket agents on the ticket info page. If you bought from a ticket re-sale website (e.g. Viagogo), we cannot guarantee that you will be able to enter the event.

Ticket re-sale websites allow people who have bought tickets through our official ticket outlets to resell their tickets, often at a higher price, for their own financial gain. This is a form of ticket touting and these websites are notorious for overcharging customers, adding large booking fees and providing poor customer service. The person who has listed the tickets has breached the terms and conditions of the tickets and we cannot guarantee that the tickets you receive will be legitimate.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over what events these companies allow to be listed on their websites and the tickets they sell. You will have to contact the company directly to try to resolve any issues you have. In future, please avoid using websites like Viagogo and buy your tickets through our official website. If you are in doubt as to whether a ticket agent is official, please contact us in advance of the ticket purchase and we will be happy to assist.

When will tickets go on sale and when will the line-up be announced?

All announcements about tickets and artists will be made on our website, app and social media so please keeping checking back for the latest information. You can also sign up to our mailing list on our website homepage.

Will tickets be available on the day? Will they sell out in advance?

In the past, tickets have completely sold out before the festival takes place. Therefore, we would recommend buying your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee they will be available on the day.
